Deadpool star Ryan Reynolds posted in his official Facebook page, images of Josh Brolin suited up as Cable for the upcoming sequel.
Reynolds posted images of Brolin as Cable: one in close-up and a half body shot. All I can say its not bad, but as I can remember Cable is a huge guy in the comic version with the armor padding and bad-ass weapons. But since this is a X-Men Cinematic Universe, its pretty much ok to me. This is not the first time that Josh Brolin has held a character role in Marvel, he's also playing the Titan Thanos which first made cameo appearences in 2 Avengers films and 1st Guardians of the Galaxy film in the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) and will make his full appearance in the upcoming Avengers: Infinity War film.
Aside from Ryan Reynolds and Josh Brolin, Deadpool 2 also stars Zazie Beetz as Domino which she was first revealed in costume last week. Other casts will return to the film are Morena Baccarin, T. J. Miller, Leslie Uggams, Brianna Hildebrand and Stefan Kapičić. It will be directed by John Wick director David Leitch.
Deadpool 2 is scheduled to be released June 1st next year.
