Konami officially announced that they will be releasing the Yu-Gi-Oh! Official Card Game Booster SP: Highspeed Riders, the 3rd Booster SP series to be released this coming August; a month after the official release of Dimension of Chaos Booster pack.

In this new Booster SP, will feature new cards and supports that focuses on Synchro summoning. It also marks the debut of the Speedroid deck, owned by one of characters from Yu-Gi-Oh! ARC-V anime, Yugo (Hugo in the upcoming English anime dub version); Yuya Sakaki's Synchro Dimension counterpart, which he is also the cover of this Booster pack. Aside from Speedroid deck it will also include additional support for Jack Atlas's deck especially the upcoming Jeweled Demon Dragon - Red Daemon Abyss (aka Hot Red Dragon Archfiend Abyss in TCG) that appeared in the Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's manga; will debut in this set as well, this will work well with the upcoming Red Demon's Dragon Scar-right that will be released in Dimension of Chaos.

Unlike the regular booster packs, you can build your own deck with this Booster SP alone, and according to the reports, there are 3 deck types (including the Speedroid deck) that you can build in this set since most in this pack will contain reprints from the old meta decks that focuses on Synchro summoning and cards that are hard to find and/or released as exclusives, will be reprinted and released in this set as well. So far, the only confirmed reprints are Yugo's Highspeedroid Maken Dama (aka Hyperspeedroid Dahma in TCG) which was first released as an exclusive and Jack Atlas' Red Demon's Dragon (Red Dragon Archfiend in TCG).

There are a total of 45 cards in this set and it will contain 3 Secret Rares, 12 Super Rares and 30 Commons. The Booster SP: Highspeed Riders rolls out on August 22, priced at 143 Yen per pack or Php 150.00 locally and it will be available in Courtside shops when it hits here in the Philippines.
