Its been a while since I've been blogging again, save the formalities later on my next post, right now on to the news. As Yu-Gi-Oh! ZEXAL (Zeal) meets its series' end next year, a new Yu-Gi-Oh! anime series will air after ZEXAL's finale.
Titled Yu-Gi-Oh! Arc-V (pronounced Arc-Five) and it will be the fifth Yu-Gi-Oh! series to be aired in TV Tokyo since the Duel Monster series first aired in 2000. Yu-Gi-Oh! Arc-V centers the character of Yuuya Sakaki and his adventures as a Duelist. In the magazine scan image shown, Yuuya with his key Monsters in the background. Since the new series is still in works, Konami, the company that brought the Yu-Gi-Oh! Official Card Game (OCG), haven't announced what new cards will be added in this upcoming series. Although they will first end their 8th series run of their Booster packs with the last Booster Pack, Primal Origin, hits the shelves next year as it marks the end of ZEXAL. I'm assuming that Konami will promote a new set of Booster packs at the start of the 9th OCG series release, as well a new Starter Deck 2014 in conjunction with Arc-V anime series.
