2017 is definitely the year for the Fate franchise and GOOD SMILE COMPANY are releasing more figures this year like this one, the toy company will be releasing a cute SD version of Lancer Scathach: the mentor of the other Lancer, Cu Chulainn that appeared from the mobile app game Fate/Grand Order that will be released in their Nendoroid line.
The upcoming figure release is based on Scathach's 2nd Ascension form. The Queen of Dun Scaith comes with 2 additional facial expressions, optional arm and leg parts to display her poses from the game, 2 Gae Bolg spears, a lance effect part which invokes her Noble Phantasm "Gae Bolg Alternative" and a standard Nendoroid display base/stand.
Pre-orders for Lancer / Scathach is already open via the GOODSMILE ONLINE SHOP. She is slated to be released this August, priced at 4,800 Yen (inclusive of tax).
