If you're Mega Man (Rockman in Japan) fan, here's some news for you: Capcom has announced that they will soon release an official wearable Mega Man helmet and will be sold soon, in limited quantities.
For years, Capcom had made several attempts in creating a Mega Man helmet and finally they've successfully making it. The helmet design is based on the classic Mega Man (oh I wish they made also the Mega Man X helmet version). Made of high quality ABS plastic with a high polish finish and details, and the helmet has also a working LED light gimmick to boot. The helmet can split into two parts thanks to its unique clamshell hinge that allows the front and back halves of the helmet to easily open up to comfortably fit the wearer's head inside the soft padded interior for a perfect fit.
This item is perfect addition to your Mega Man collection and if you have the previously released full size Mega Buster, you can finally cosplay the Blue Bomber himself. The helmet comes with a decorated box suitable for displaying when you're not wearing it.
The Mega Man helmet will be on display at the Capcom Shop booth at the San Diego Comic Con 2015 but it will not be on sale,you just have to wait for their preorder page preorder for the helmet is now up at the Capcom Shop. No official price as of yet for this limited item, but if fans are willing to pay a lot; so better prepare your wallets, this might be pretty expensive. The item is slated for winter 2015 release and priced at USD 150.00. So what are you waiting for, order now.
