Yu-Gi-Oh! OCG Code Of The Duelist Officially Announced

Konami will release the first major booster pack for the upcoming series, Yu-Gi-Oh! VRAINS this April.

Titled Code of the Duelist and its the first booster pack for the OCG's 10th series of booster packs. In this set will contain cards from the upcoming Yu-Gi-Oh! VRAINS anime series and a few from the previous anime, Yu-Gi-Oh! ARC-V. The set introduces new decks such as Go Onizuka's Gouki deck & Aoi Zaizen's Trickster deck. It will also include new support for Reiji Akaba's DD/DDD deck as well as Zarc's Supreme King Servant Dragon. Support for Lightsworn, Dark World, Rescue, Trap Hole and Saber decks will be included in this release giving edge and more competitive on their old decks. The set also introduces Star Grail deck in the OCG Meta.

But the main highlight of this booster pack is the additional support for the VRAINS protagonist, Yusaku Fujiki's Cyverse deck as it will feature new cards that were not included in the upcoming Starter Deck 2017 release. Much like Yusei Fudo's ace Synchro monster, Stardust Dragon that debuted in The Duelist Genesis, Yusaku's ace Link Monster; the Firewall Dragon will debut in the Code of the Duelist booster pack, also serving as the latter pack's cover packaging.

There are a total of 80 cards in this set or 103 cards in the master set and each pack contains 5 cards with a chance of getting a Rare, Super Rare, Secret Rare, Ultra/Ultimate Rare and Ghost/Holographic Rare cards. The Code of the Duelist booster pack hits the card shops this April 15th, priced at 143 Yen per pack.
