After Konami imposed the Yu-Gi-Oh! SP format in the Asian region (except Japan and South Korea), they announced a new OCG banlist that will be implemented next month and there are new changes in the upcoming banlist.

I was surprised that Ptolemy got banned even though most players (even myself) only used one copy in their extra decks, this will shutdown the XYZ Summoning of Stellarknight Constellar Diamond greatly, and now with Diamond gone, it will be difficult for us to counter the upcoming Burning Abyss decks that will be released in the upcoming Extra Pack 2015, unless the SP Format is lifted next month and we might use Cyber Dragon Nova, Infinity or even No. 16: Shockmaster again to counter it.
With the upcoming list, this will shut down most of the decks, mostly E-HERO and Neckroz with Shurit and Shadow Mist now got Limited. Oh well, time to update my Deskbot deck, again to conforme with the upcoming banlist. The banlist is applied to players who are using Yu-Gi-Oh! OCG cards, and it will take effect on October 1.
