GOOD SMILE COMPANY finally released the official images of Hikaru Shidou from the series Magic Knight Rayearth that will be released in Max Factory's figma line next year.
I'm super stoked when Max Factory unveiled it months back and now its finally here and to date, the is the first articulated Hikaru Shidou figure that the toy company will be releasing.
The upcoming Hikaru figure will be based on her appearance when she returned to Cefiro in the sequel series, Magic Knight Rayearth 2. Hikaru will include set of interchangeable hands, 2 additional facial expressions, an extra hair accessory with cat ears attached, her sword made from the mineral Escudo and a standard figma stand/display base. I wish they've included Mokona in the set (sigh).
Pre-orders for figma Hikaru is now up and she is slated for January 2017 release, priced at 6,800 Yen.
