To all Love Livers, the upcoming Love Live! anime series, Love Live! Sunshine!! will premiere this coming July in Japan.
According to the official website, the series will air this coming July 2 on TOKYO MX and other channels listed. The series will also be streamed via Bandai Channel, LINE LIVE and Niconico. The series is held once again by Kazuo Sakai (Gundam Build Fighters) as the series' director. Other staff will be retuning are character deisgner Yūhei Murota, and Jukki Hanada as the series' writer. Tatsuya Katou (Free! - Iwatobi Swim Club, Food Wars! Shokugeki no Soma) will be composing the music. (Source: Anime News Network)
Just recently, the official website released the Aqours mini idol units composed 3 members per unit. They are: CYaRon! (Chika Takami, You Watanabe, Ruby Kurosawa), AZALEA (Kanan Matsuura, Dia Kurosawa, Hanamaru Kunikida) and Guilty Kiss (Riko Sakurauchi, Yoshiko Tsushima, Mari Ohara).
Love Live! School idol project Sunshine!! is the 2nd Love Live! series follows the idol group Aqours; a 9-girl member unit from Uranoshi Girls' High School where the they deal the same scenario as the μ's from the original series where their school is on a brink of closure. Inspired from the μ's, they formed their own school idol group in hopes of preventing their school from closing.
